I am extremely disappointed.

I was specific when I came back that my only interest in non sales technical support. At that time, I was promised that I would be given a shot at tech again when a class became available
Instead I get moved into Care with a even higher sales component. 

Please reconsider my placement as I signed up to do technical support.

I have already asked several times about part time, this is perhaps the time.
