I am seeking a full time position as a technical representive, trainer, or production "management trainee". I posess a highly developed technical and mechanical knowledge base with production supervisory experience in highly technical equipment. I lost my spouse 2 years ago and will not be able to fully retire until my own old age kicks in if I continue to live in the GTA. I do not want to freelance or do piece work, but become a part of a growing company where I can devote my time to a team. For the past year I have been refitting the pictured vessel to CG passenger and ABYC standards. This is is a highly technical project requiring mechanical and electrical skills at a journeyman level. www.cruising.caEditor - designer |

AMI TECHNICAL STANDARDS CHAIRPERSONVice President and founding member AMI of Canada. The "Association of Multi-Image International" " presented me their " LIFETIME ACHIEVEMENT AWARD " for significant contributions to the industry (1984). In my capacity as chairperson, I drafted, and produced the " AMI Recommended Production Practices volume I & II", taught multi image production and post production seminars to industry members. Within the international Multi Image industry I was active presenting technical papers, workshops, and overall organization. In the broadcasting industry I liaised with SMPTE, and ANSI in formalizing the practices. My formal classroom teaching experience is limited to conducting 1 to three day learning seminars every couple of months over a period of approximately three years on behalf of the AMI and other industry sponsors. However for the five years of POS,STS & AVT a primary job function was the training and management of staff which was one to one, or one to three ongoing training function encompassing most phases of film and video post production. |
