The North Marysburgh Community Center is a growing venue for local and regional musicians In winter the hall provides a gathering place reminiscent of years gone by and the visitor to Waupoos are always welcome.

The center Canteen is open during events for refreshments including hamburgers, hot dogs, coffee, pop etc. In case of rain events will be held in the center.

July 10, 2005 The Tweed Twangers 6:30 to 8:00 PM

Come enjoy the hillbilly antics of the twangers, a group of four musicians that love a good old fashioned shindig. Playing a mix of Bluegrass, Country, and "Good Old Timey Tunes" with a healthy dose of funny songs. "Dress Up if yer feeling the need to do so".

July 24, 2005 The Quinte Living Center Band 6:30 to 8:30 PM

This thirty piece band is noted for its Big Band sound with hits from Broadway Shows, Marches, and lots of "old toe tapping" music. The band consists of individuals from 15 to 80 years young and is directed by Christina Wotherspoon.

August 2, 2005 Lenni Stewart & Bill Ostrander 6:30 to 8:30 PM

"Back in The Saddle" Popular Country singer / songwriter Lenni Stewart and out very own "Man in Black" Bill Ostrander provide an evening of fun and traditional and original tunes in a mix of acoustic Country and Blues Basllads, with a sprinkle of Jass. Backed by double bass and keyboards, it is a concert sure to get feet tapping, voices singing and a few hips swinging.

August 21, 2005 Thr Beacon of Light Gospel Band 3 to 5 PM

David and Lenore Bongard have formed a very accomplished gospel group of seven talented artists that have perfected a very livley sound. Music described as Up-Tempo Bluegrass and Country Gospel.
